Sunil Yadav has recently been accepted in a summer internship program at MyoKardia, Inc., a San Francisco based precision cardiovascular medicine company, working on targeted therapies for heritable Cardiomyopathies. Their line of research greatly overlaps with the basic science research Sunil is involved in as a graduate student, and he believes this internship opportunity will help him further explore leading pioneering medical and clinical research aimed at finding suitable drug targets for this debilitating disease.
