On December 9, 2019, Sunil Yadav successfully defended his dissertation, titled “Exploring Myosin RLC Phosphorylation as a Potential Novel Therapeutic Target for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy” to earn his doctoral degree! Congrats, Sunil!
Serving as his committee members were Drs. Claudia Rodrigues (Chair), Fangliang Zhang, Arun Malhotra, and Peter Buchwald. Dr. Audrey Chang, an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center, serves as his External.
Sunil attributes his successful Ph.D. journey to his mentor, Dr. Danuta Szczesna-Cordary, who has truly been a source of inspiration and support throughout his graduate career. We wish Dr. Yadav, much success and happiness in his future endeavors.
